Tide's Out, An acrylic on board

The descriptively titled, “Tide’s out,” an acrylic on board measuring 15 1/2 x 19 inches, is by Wilfrid Ramsey.

Ramsey, a masterful draftsman, is/was quite familiar with replicating light, compositional construction, human anatomy and boat construction.
