Item Details

This sign holder takes the form of a squirrel eating an acorn while standing on a tree limb. The piece measures approximately 10 1/5 by 10 1/4 overall. Two holes at the tips of the lower twigs, on the bottom of the limb, is where a sign would be attached.

Notice the details to the squirrel’s face, the fur in its tail, and the bark on the tree. The plate that serves as the tree trunk has an internal hole at the end of the branch and an exposed hole at the bottom that provides for attaching the piece to a wall. The piece appears to have been painted at one time. (LE-MH)
